EDL: Every Day Life. This is a homage to my photography teacher/friend/mentor “Dave Olsen”. This was part of our overall grade. We had to submit a new photo weekly that was shot on either 35mm or 120/220, developed, and printed as a 8X10, inserted into a binder and turned in by EOD every friday. The object was to photograph something you see every day. Anything from kids playing hopscotch, a time-exposure of a busy road at night, scenery, etc. The only rules were that you couldn’t set the image up, you had to come across the scene and photograph it as is. The rest was up to you as far as composition and printing. I’m continuing this by attempting to add one new image once a week to this gallery. Wish me luck, I hope you enjoy it.
